When should I begin with Wedded Details?
We recommend requesting your Wedded Details Classic service at least 3 weeks prior to your final wedding venue walkthrough. For most weddings, this is 6-9 weeks prior to your wedding day. This allows you time to review final details with each of your vendors (using your custom emails provided by Wedded Details) so you’re fully equipped for your final walkthrough.
For clients who are less than 3 weeks away from your final venue walkthrough, we recommend the expedited package.
For clients who want guidance throughout the planning process via the Wedded Details Full Planning package, we recommend booking as soon as your venue is booked (usually 7-12 months in advance of your wedding date.)
I have booked some, but not all of my wedding vendors. Which Wedded Details package should I book?
In this case, we recommend the Wedded Details Full Planning package, so that you can take advantage of the weekly wedding planning calls and question submission service right away. It also allows us to help you to make the right decisions on the vendors that you have pending and haven’t booked just yet.
How long does the Wedded Details process take?
With our Standard Wedded Details package, you get a complete wedding plan delivered within 5 business days of when you complete your questionnaire.
With our Expedited Wedded Details Package, you get a completed wedding plan delivered within 2 business days of when you complete your questionnaire.
With our Full Planning Wedded Details Package, you get your initial wedding plan delivered within 5 business days of submitting your full planning questionnaire, as well as your final Wedded Details plan delivered within 5 business days of submitting your Wedded Details questionnaire.
How are you able to deliver such a high quality service quickly and affordably?
We have a team of full time Wedded Details specialists who specialize in timelines and vendor management. Additionally, our intake questionnaire and Wedded Details process is tried and true based on over 15 years of experience, giving a clear framework for planning seamless yet customized wedding experiences.
Can I ask questions during the wedding planning process?
Your Wedded Details service includes 3 months of access to weekly group planning chats on Mondays at 2PM EST. This begins 3 months prior to your wedding date. If you are unable to attend a live session, you will have the option to request an offline response to your wedding planning question.
Your Full Planning Wedded Details service includes 9 months of access to weekly group planning chats on Mondays at 2PM EST. This begins 9 months prior to your wedding date or on the date that you sign-up – whichever is later. If you are unable to attend a live session, you will have the option to request an offline response to your wedding planning question.
Is a Day of Wedding Coordinator Included?
Wedded Details is a 100% remote service and does not include a day of wedding coordinator, however we support your day of coordination needs in one of two ways depending on your needs.
- Planning to have a friend/family member manage your wedding on the day of? We support you and your coordinator with education and a checklist to ensure they are ready to tackle the day.
- Planning to Hire a Professional Day of Wedding Coordinator? We connect you with our database of wedding coordinators near you to choose from. We also equip you with a checklist of what to look for when vetting wedding coordinators.
Is Wedded Details a course?
No, Wedded Details is a service, not a course. In a course or membership, you get access to generic videos and templates and have to figure out how to apply them to your unique needs. Wedded Details is a service where we do the work to consult you on exactly what you need to have a smooth Wedding day.
