STAGE 2: FINAL DETAILS MANAGEMENT WITH STATUESQUE EVENTS LEAD PLANNER
STAGE 3: DAY OF MANAGEMENT WITH STATUESQUE EVENTS LEAD PLANNER & ASSISTANT EVENT MANAGERS
- Wedding budget and timeline creation
- Custom vendor booking guidance, recommendations and inquiry scripts for each vendor category. Client is responsible for booking each.
- Weekly group wedding planning calls with a 10+ year wedding industry vet (Mondays at 2pm EST)
- Weekly access to on demand Q&A with 10+ year industry vet during the week
- Final review of all wedding agreements and timeline
- Custom final vendor emails per vendor category to finalize day-of details
- 60 days prior to your wedding, we will assign your lead weddubg planner from the Statuesque Events team (our parent company).
- The lead planner will manage your final walkthrough and conduct final prep meetings with you
- The lead planner will also send the final detail emails drafted by Wedded Details to your vendors and oversee final vendor management.
- Your lead wedding planner will manage a 1-hour wedding rehearsal the day before your wedding.
- Your lead wedding planner along with two assistant day-of event managers will manage your wedding day for up to 12 hours
